This is ideal for adults who want to improve mobility, prevent the need for assistive devices like walkers, or regain strength after an injury. It’s also great for those who prefer to work out at home rather than in a gym.

No special equipment is required! I customize exercises to fit your space and needs, using bodyweight movements, resistance bands, and other simple tools.

Each session lasts 30 minutes, and most clients train twice a week for steady progress.
